REQUIREMENTS TO HAVE YOUR BRAND PRESENT
IN DELIVERABLE MATERIAL:

Reservation to have your brand on the badge lanyard, welcome bag and pen will be made when the company makes payment. The latest date to confirm placing the brand on deliverable materials is Friday, August 18, 2023. The reservation will remain valid for one week, so the respective payment must be made within the following 8 days from the date of registration as a sponsor.

A company purchasing branding for badge lanyard, welcome bag, or pen must submit logo in high-resolution JPG, PNG, or Illustrator format no later than Thursday, August 31, 2023.
